10 superman

3-5 strict pull-ups

3-5 strict ring dips/push-ups

5 Over head squats PVC pipe

10 reverse lunges

10 band pull aparts

Repeat if there is still time!

Weightlifting

Deadlift (5-3-2-1-1-1)

Follow this rep scheme to warm up with the first three sets, then use the three sets of 1 to determine a 1Rm.
