15 Air Squats

Gymnastics

15 Minutes work on Kipping. Reinforce proper hollow body and superman positions. Apply technique to pull-up// muscle-up

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

20 Min Running Clock

Every 5 minutes run 400m and then coomplete one Max effort set of each movement

Kipping Pull-ups (no Butterfly)

Push-ups (no resting on floor)
Can rest as long as you want between movements but remember you only have 5 minutes per round!
