Battle Rope Indian Run (No Measure)

Team Battle Rope Indian Run

800m run with every member holding onto battle rope. The person in back sprints to front, the only person who is aloud to let go of rope. Continue until run is complete.

No leaving anyone from team behind, if someone lets go of rope out of turn the whole team must stop and complete 5 burpees before they can continue!!
Losing Team completes 20 sync burpees

Teams of 2 will complete

100 pushups

100 kb swings

100 S2O 65/95# (must switch)

100 T2B

* while one partner will chip away at the reps the other partner will perform a 200m run. When that partner returns then he/she will continue reps his/her partner left off and that partner will then run 200m.
