Work on handstand pushup progression

Partner pvc Pipe superman stretch

Active Shoulders ( closing gap between arms and ears)

Wall hold ( only nose and toes can touch the wall) work on keeping tight core

Wall climb into HSPU ( Initiate shoulders first, then elbows) Forming a nice base or triangle.

Try facing away from wall.
