Max Height Box Jump (Distance)

Long Jump (Distance)

Start with feet under hips, in line and toes on the 0 mark. Jump with both feet at the same time as far as you can making sure you stick the landing. Distance is measured where the back of the furthest back heel lands. If your feet move adter landing you must redo your jump.
