Team Top Gun (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

30 minute amrap

2 person team

40 Thrusters 135/95#

40 SDHP 135/95#

40 push Jerks 135/95#

40 overhead squats 135/95#

40 front sauats 135/95#

Every minute beginning at the start the team must complete 4 burpees before you can continue to work on the reps. Athelete 1 will begin the furst minute then athlete 2 will take over the sexknd minute. Any athlete can do the burpees or they can split them however they want but each athlete must switch every minute and thats the only time they can switch. Teams only get 1 bar with 1 weight loaded. Once the weight is loaded then the team is stuck with that weight for e remainder of the workout. No switching weights with movements. All the same weight on the same bar.
