Two teams move the mountain
25# plates will be divided up into two stacks, one per team. 3,2,1 go the first person of the each team must sprint down, grab a weight and sprint back with it to start another pile. Once the person comes back with the weight the next teammate can run down and grab the next weight. Once all weights are moved, they must be moved back to the original side. Losing team completes 10 burpees for each plate left unmoved.
50 hr pushups
50 front rack lunges 95/65#
50 alt dumbell snatches
While parter does push-ups the other partner will hold handstand.
While partner does lunges the other partner will hold a wallsit at parallel with no hands in contact with legs.
While partner does snatches the other partner will hang from pull-up bar.
