:30 Handstand hold

10 Strict barbell presses

10 wallballs

Pull-ups (10 min work on kip )

Do not tire yourself out, I believe pull-ups will be in this weeks open so this is meant to be just skill work today to become a little more Effecient. Be careful not to rip hands either, wear gloves if need be or keep your time on the bar short.
