Back Squat (Death by)
men add 10# emom until failure. If max is under 345 start with barbell. If max is over 345 subtract 300# from max and start there.
* Women add 5# EMOM until failure. If max is under 185# Start with 35# barbell. If over 185# subtract 150# from your max and start there. This should end close to the 30 min mark, our goal is to hit a lot of sets for high volume training!
