Max reps Air squats each partner (add together)

Max reps Situps

Max reps Burpees

Max reps Russian KB Swings

While one partner is performing reps the other is running 200m. When both partners have ran and performed max reps of that movement they will move onto the next movement and do the same thing. Keep adding to your reps as you go on. When your partner gets back let them know what number you are on and they will continue that count. DO NOT LOSE COUNT, THIS WILL BE YOUR SCORE!! Score is total reps combined from both partners and all moveents. If you’ve been doing crossfit for over 2 months pick a partner that is new and lets make this fun!!
