High-Hang Clean (15 min technique work )

Really focus on technique. Start off with emtpy barbell and only move up in weight when the coach has approved your technique at that weight. We will continue to move up as long as your technique allows for it.


Heavy Grace (Time)

30 Clean and Jerks 185/125#

Rx+ for athletes with over 300/200 Clean and jerk your weights will be 225/155#
